Q: どの国に配送できますか？ / Which countries do you ship to?

東アジア、東南アジア、欧州、オセアニア、北米、中近東、中南米、アフリカなど世界各国へ配送いたします。正確な配送可否と送料はチェックアウト時に表示されます。
We ship to most countries worldwide, including East Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe, Oceania, North America, the Middle East, South America, and Africa. Exact availability and rates are shown at checkout.

Q: 送料はいくらですか？ / How much does shipping cost?

送料は注文の総重量と配送先により異なります。チェックアウト時に自動計算されます。参考：カードゲームセット1個（アジア圏）の場合、約¥920〜からです。
※国内配送の送料無料（15,000円以上）は海外配送には適用されません。
Shipping rates depend on total order weight and destination. The exact cost is shown at checkout. As a guide, a single card game set to nearby Asian countries starts from approximately ¥920 JPY.
Note: Free domestic shipping (orders over ¥15,000) does not apply to international orders.

Q: 届くまでどのくらいかかりますか？ / How long will delivery take?

ePacket Light（2kg以下の注文）: 7〜21営業日
EMS（2kg超の注文）: 2〜5営業日
UGX（ゆうグローバルエクスプレス）（米国向け）: 5〜10営業日
上記は目安です。通関手続きや現地の郵便事情により遅延する場合があります。
ePacket Light (orders up to 2 kg): 7–21 business days. EMS (orders over 2 kg): 2–5 business days. UGX (to the U.S.): 5–10 business days. These are estimates and may vary.

Q: 関税はかかりますか？ / Will I have to pay customs duties?

はい。輸入関税・消費税・通関手数料が配達時にお届け先の税関当局により徴収される場合があります。これらは商品価格・送料に含まれておらず、すべてお客様（受取人）のご負担となります。金額は国・商品価格により異なります。
Yes. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged at delivery. These are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer's responsibility.

Q: 追跡はできますか？ / Can I track my order?

はい。すべての配送に追跡番号が付きます。発送後にメールでお知らせします。日本郵便の追跡ページで確認できます。ただし、到着国での追跡更新が反映されない場合があります。
Yes, all shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email. Note that updates may be limited after the package leaves Japan.

Q: 割引は海外注文にも適用されますか？ / Do discounts apply to international orders?

予約割引やバンドル割引は海外注文にも適用されます。ただし、15,000円以上の送料無料は国内配送のみが対象です。
Pre-order discounts and bundle discounts apply to international orders. However, free shipping for orders over ¥15,000 is available for domestic (Japan) delivery only.

Q: 荷物が届きません / What if my package is lost?

配達目安日数を過ぎても届かない場合は、お問い合わせください。日本郵便に調査請求を行います。ePacket Lightには補償がありませんのでご了承ください。EMSには2万円までの損害賠償が付帯します。UGXには追跡・補償が含まれています。
If your package hasn't arrived, please contact us. We will file an inquiry with Japan Post. Note that ePacket Light has no insurance. EMS includes coverage up to ¥20,000 JPY. UGX includes tracking and insurance.

Q: 米国への配送について / Shipping to the United States

米国へはUGX（ゆうグローバルエクスプレス）にて配送いたします。お届けまでの目安は5〜10営業日です。追跡・補償付きで安心してご利用いただけます。送料はチェックアウト時に自動計算されます。
We ship to the U.S. via UGX (Yu-Global Express). Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days, with full tracking and insurance. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Q: 返品はできますか？ / Can I return an international order?

配達後14日以内であれば返品を受け付けます。返送料はお客様のご負担となります。返品前に必ずお問い合わせください。商品は未使用・元の状態である必要があります。
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us before sending your return.

Q: 関税を理由に受取を拒否するとどうなりますか？ / What if I refuse delivery?

受取拒否された場合、荷物は日本に返送されます。返金は送料・返送料を差し引いた金額となります。ご注文前にお届け先の国の輸入規制をご確認ください。
If refused, the package is returned to Japan. Refunds are issued minus shipping and return costs. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.

Q: セブン決済（コンビニ払い）は利用できますか？ / Can I pay at 7-Eleven?

申し訳ございませんが、海外配送のご注文にはセブン決済（コンビニ払い）はご利用いただけません。クレジットカード、またはその他のオンライン決済方法をご利用ください。
Unfortunately, 7-Eleven convenience store payment is not available for international shipping orders. Please use a credit card or other online payment method.
